1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Huroca Inc. (“Huroca”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Huroca website (the “Site”) and services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary robotics technology, software, and algorithms are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
Huroca and the Huroca logo are trademarks of Huroca Inc. Other names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
The 3D robot arm shown on the Site is adapted from the FAIRINO FR5 model published by FAIR Innovation under the Apache License 2.0 (see the licence notice). FAIRINO is a trademark of its owner, and Huroca is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
3. Information About Our Plans
Information on the Site about our technology, plans, timelines, and fundraising is provided for general information only. It includes forward-looking statements that may change, and it is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site and its content are provided as is, for general information, without warranties of any kind. Any pilot or commercial project with Huroca is governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You and Huroca Inc. agree that the courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
